Cry's of the beleaguered hearts;

Why are there so many voices calling out for revenge, for justice, for closure, for healing, for a stop to all the violence and killing ? Why is it that the nations of men and women have never been able to solve their problems, but their problems only seem to multiply as the population of the world increases ?

Maybe a New Approach is Needed

What is wrong with the way mankind with all his learning, and affluence has chosen to conduct himself in the everyday affairs of Life ?

Whose Voice is Being Listened To?

Maybe; just Maybe its about time that We, REALLY, start paying attention to what God has had to say, just as He chose to have it recorded for us.in the Book of Books, The Bible. We then should, put behind us once and for all, man's perverse and distorted interpretation of what the Word Of God really has to say, and pay attention, just simply, to what God has really had to say. 2 Peter, 1: 20-21, But know this first of all, that no prophesy of Scripture is a matter of ones own interpretation, for no prophesy was ever made by an act of human will, but men moved by the Holy Spirit spoke from God.

The Error is Man's, Not God's!

Allow me to elaborate just a little. We all hear Scripture being quoted, but mostly misquoted. For instance, Know the Truth and the truth will make you free. For us to get the full importance and correct understanding, we must take the Truth that Jesus conveyed in its entirety, and not peace meal. But by taking a so called Text and developing a meaning of our own reasoning, and teaching it as the Word of God, is a perversion of the Truth of that Word.. We are enlightened through the study of the Scripture,by comparing Scripture with Scripture. That which what man determines to be the truth is a far cry from what God declares, the Truth to be.

The Starting Point is Most Important;

We need to start at the beginning of The Apostle John's account. John 1: 17, "For the law was given through Moses, grace and truth were realized through Jesus Christ". Ver. 18, "No one has seen God at any time, the only begotten God, who is in the bosom of the Father, He has explained Him.. ( Told Him out in Life) As we follow John's presentation of this, God Man, and His manifestation of power over all that He had caused to come into being centuries before, we arrive at the discourse of Jesus, when He declares Himself to be the True Bread of Life, come down from heaven". As usual the skeptics, those who were continually reasoning with the natural intellect, (the same practice continues today, only many of these are in the Pulpits of our Churchs), were objecting to His teaching, because they didn't understand it. Their response, and His was this. John 6: 60-63, "Many therefore of His disciples, when they heard this said, This is a difficult statement; who can hear it? But Jesus, conscious that His disciple grumbled at this, said to them, Does this cause you to stumble? What then if you should see the Son of Man ascending where He was before? It is the Spirit who gives life, the flesh profits nothing, the WORDS THAT I HAVE SPOKEN TO YOU ARE SPIRIT AND ARE LIFE". As we continue on we finally arrive at the place where Jesus forthfully declares that all would be made clear when the Son of Man would be lifted up on the cross. John 8: 28-32, "Jesus therefore said, When you lift up the Son of Man, THEN YOU WILL KNOW, that I am He, and I do nothing on My own initiative, but I speak these things as the Father taught Me. And He who sent Me is with Me; He has not left Me alone, for I always do the things that are pleasing to Him. As He spoke these things, many came to believe in Him. Jesus therefore was saying to those who had believed Him, IF YOU ABIDE IN MY WORD, THEN YOU ARE TRULY DISCIPLES OF MINE; AND YOU SHALL KNOW THE TRUTH AND THE TRUTH SHALL MAKE YOU FREE".

The Truth Must Prevail

According to this statement of Jesus, only true Believers, Abiding, (dwelling, resting, living), in Him and His Word, would be the ones set free. And of course, only through an act of True Faith, can this be a living reality.

Beware Of The Counterfeit;

These skeptics began to declare their freedom, according to their own knowledge and natural intellectual reasons. Jesus gave them and illustration with the entire indepth enlightenment of the entire Gospel Message, in it, John 8: 34-36, "Jesus answered them, Truly, truly, I say to you, every one who commits sin, (misses the mark, doesnt measure up, falls short of the glory of God,) is the slave of sin. And the slave does not remain in the house forever, the Son does remain forever. IF THEREFORE THE SON SHOULD MAKE YOU FREE, YOU SHALL BE FREE INDEED". Do you realize something at this point? God, in the Person of His Son, The Lord Jesus Christ, Had just issued an EVICTION NOTICE. We, all of mankind. by our own sinfulness, are in slavery, to our own sinful nature, and the lure to physical world around us. We are given notice at this juncture, THE OLD MAN, THE NATURAL MAN, THE SINFUL MAN IN ADAM HAS TO GO. He has no place in the Household of God. A New Man, Created in Christ Jesus, must come into being through resurrection life, and the old man in Adam must be relegated to death and the grave.. Only True Faith can apprehend this concept for ones self.

The Cause, behind it all, But, He is The Uncaused, God!The Creaator.

What is it that has caused God to have recorded for mankind's benefit, the Bible, in the manner that it has been preserved and handed down to us throughout the centuries? The answer must come from the Word, that God has compiled in this Book.

The True Reality of Conditions

2Tim.3:1-"But realize this, that in the last days DIFFICULT times will come. For men will be lover's of self, lover's of money, boastful, arrogant, revilers, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy, unloving, irreconcilable, malicious gossips, without self control, brutal, haters of good, treacherous, reckless, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, holding to a form of godliness, although they have denied its power; and avoid such men as these. For among them are those who enter into households and captivate weak women weighed down with sins, led on by various impulses, always learning but never able to come to the knowledge of the truth".

Truth,Reality, Awareness

Anyone living in our day, and being aware of the circumstances of events our society is faced with, can readily see and understand that this portion of Scripture is a very graphic and vivid description of our day, but was writtenTwo-Thousand Years ago

Enlightenment that Illuninates, Results in Right Reasoning

Also for further understanding, the only source of True Enlightenment, that mankind has at his disposal, is the Bible. Everything else is based on natural mans reasoning and we find as we read the Biblical account, this is what caused the beginning of mans trouble in the first instance. God has declared, The reasoning of men are vain, but through the Prophet Isaiah, He invites us, Isaiah 1: 18, Come let us reason together, says the Lord. Though your sins are as scarlet, they shall be white as snow, though they are red like crimson , they shall be like wool.

How, Where, Why it All Began?

In order to understand why and how this difficult condition came about, one must go back to the beginning of the Biblical account and follow the progress of mans actions down through the Ages , as well as giving particular attention to the Word that God spoke from time to time, in order that we might get a clear understanding of exactly what Gods intentions have been all along.

Why The Truth is Missed

The cause and the solution is so plain and so simple, and yet the understanding of it escapes the intellect of natural man. Why? Because of the diminished condition of mankind's natural,and mental capacity, that man finds himself in. It takes Spiritual Enlightenment to Perceive Spiritual Truths. 1Cor. 2: 14-15, "But the natural man does not accept the things or the Spirit of God; for they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually appraised. But he who is spiritual appraises all things, yet he himself is appraised by no man". This renewed ability only comes by faith in the revealed Word of God as it is seen with Spiritual Eyesight, For, it is revealed to the World in the Person of The Lord Jesus Christ, Gods Only Begotten Son. He being, the God declared Savior of the Souls of Sinful man.

First Things First

There are in effect at present and always has been, Two Prerequisites, to having a harmonious, loving, living relationship with the God, the Source of all Life. These can be detected throughout all of Scripture, and the Writer of the Letter to the Hebrews, very simply expounded them as he wrote, Hebrews 11: 6, "And without Faith it is impossible to please Him,(God), for he who comes to God MUST BELIEVE that He is, and He is a rewarder of those who seek Him".

The God, Who Reveals Himself:

Throughout Scripture, God has defined Himself, as Spirit Being, as Life, as Light, as Love, as Truth, The Way, as Ever Present, as All Knowing, as All Powerful, as Sovereign over all, God Blessed Forever. Also as unseen, but revealed, made manifest in the Person of His Son, The Lord Jesus Christ.

Where To Start and Why;

All-right; lets go back and consider just what God has caused to be recorded that has led to our society being in such a state of chaos. as we find it in today.

Right Instruction from The Right Source

Romans 15: 4-6, "For whatever was written in earlier times was written for our instructions, that through perseverance and the encouragement of the Scriptures, we might have hope. Now may the God who gives perseverance and encouragement grant you to be of the same mind with one another according to Christ Jesus; that with one accord you may with one voice glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ". Romans 4: 23-24, "Now not for his,(Abraham), sake only was it written, that ,It Was Reckoned To Him, but for our sake also , to whom it shall be reckoned, as those who believe in Him who raised Jesus our Lord from the dead".

As always, the best place to begin is at the beginning.

Genesis 1: 26-28, "Then God said; Let us make man in our image according to our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over the cattle and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing on the earth. And God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him, male and female He created them. And God blessed them, and God said to them, be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it, and rule over the fish of the sea, and over the birds of the sky, and over every living thing that moves on the earth".

Genesis 2: 7-9, "Then the Lord God formed man of dust from the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and man became a living being.(Soul), And the Lord God planted a garden toward the east in Eden; and there He placed the man whom He had formed. And out of the ground the Lord God caused to grow every tree that is pleasing to the sight and good for food, the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. Verse 15-18, Then the Lord God took the man and put him into the garden of Eden to cultivate it and keep it. And the Lord God commanded the man, saying, From any tree of the garden you may eat freely; but from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat from it you shall surely die. Then the Lord God said, It is not good for the man to be alone, I will make him a helper suitable for him.

Verse 21-25,So the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon the man, and he slept; then He took one of the ribs and closed up the flesh of that place. And the Lord God fashioned into a women the rib which He had taken from the man, and brought her to the man. and the man said, This is now bone of my bones, And flesh of my flesh, She shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man. For this cause a man shall leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave to his wife; and they shall become one flesh. And the man and his wife both were naked and were not ashamed".

Distortions of the True Account

We have all heard untold number of twists put on the creation account, all of which have been based on mans reasoning. Some are sincere and truly believe the creation account, but with a distorted concept, due to all the distortions we have been bombarded with. Most just try to be humorous, to the point of ridicule, meaning only to be facetious.

Faith is The Key That Unlocks The Door

For the True Believer, they will take the Scriptural approach as the writer to the Book Of Hebrews does. Heb. 11:2 & 3, "For by it, (Faith) men of old gained approval". And it is no different today, Ver. 6, And without Faith it is impossible to please Him, (God). Ver. 3, "By Faith we understand that the worlds, (Ages, Epochs), were prepared by the Word of God, so that what is seen was not made out of things which are visible".

Unbelief Keeps Man Out Of Gods Presence

So what is it that we are presented with in the Scriptural account? Nothing more, nothing less, than God the Creator, conveying to the First Man, Adam, what His Will, for him was.

The Right Teacher, With The Right Teaching

When we approach the Scripture, truly honestly, sincerely wanting to know the Truth, God is faithful, and will readily give us understanding. John 7: 16-18, "Jesus therefore answered them, and said, My teaching is not Mine, but His who sent Me. If any man is willing to do His will, he will know of the teaching, whether I speak from Myself. He who speaks from himself seeks his own glory; but He who seeks the glory of the one who sent Him, He is true, and there is no unrighteousness in Him".

He is Sovereign Lord Over All

God, The Father of all creation, for it was out from Him as a source that all creation was Begotten.or came into being, is endeavoring to get man started off on the right track. This then is a conversation between a Father and a son. The Father is simply telling the son how to conduct himself for his own good. What do you have but the son not recognizing the authority and well meaning instructions of the Father, and deliberately disobeying what his Father has told him. A father instructing a son, What to do and What Not, to do.The son follows the leading of his own senses. These were the desire of the Flesh, sight, smell, taste, touch, and as a result, pride in the knowledge of what he had learned about himself and his environment, these took control, while at the same time, Fear and Apprehension, and an estranged relation between him and God, his Heavenly Father and creator came about. He was in his own mind, a self sufficient being, and from then on, God had to take second place, to self. Through the one act of disobedience he reeked havoc on himself and all of his succeeding offspring

The Lords Hand Picked Men, Were Given Understanding

Understanding this concept of what really took place, caused the Apostle Paul, many centuries later to Write, Romans, 5: 12-14,"Therefore just as through one man sin entered into the world, and death through sin, and so death spread to all men, because all sinned- (in Adam)-for until the Law sin was in the world; but sin is not imputed, (put to the account) when there is no law. Nevertheless death reigned from Adam until Moses, even over those who had not sinned in the likeness of Adams offense, who is a type of Him who was to come".

Unbelief & Disobedience Are Synonymous

Sin therefore is an act of disobedience, due to not believing, in the sovereign authority of the One giving the instructions, the right to do so. The action he took, revealed Adam, to not be the perfect, obedient son he was meant to be. He thereby incured death to himself and so passed this same tendency on to all to follow, so that all continued in sin, due to not believing Gods Word when it was expressed to Him and to them.. This tendency to disobedience. because of not believing God for what He said, became the driving force of his nature and so it was passed on to all of his succeeding offspring. Rom. 5: 15-21, "But the free gift is not like the transgression. For if by the transgression of the one the many died, much more did the grace of God and the gift, (of a Righteous Life) by the grace of the one Man, Jesus Christ, abound to many. And the gift is not like that which came through the one transgression; for on the one hand the judgment arose from one transgression resulting in condemnation, but on the other hand the free gift arose from many transgressions resulting in justification. For by the transgression of the one, death reigned through the one, much more, those who receive the abundance of grace, the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ. So then as through one transgression there resulted condemnation to all men; even so through one act of righteousness there resulted justification of life to all men. For as through the one mans disobedience the many were made sinners, even so through the obedience of the One, the many will be made, (Constituted Righteous). And the Law came in that the transgression might increase; but where sin increased, grace abounded all the more, that, as sun reigned in death, even so grace might reign through righteousness to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord".

Faith In God's Word is What Gain's Approval

At intervals throughout the recorded accounts, God Hold's up men here and there, along the way, who He would single out to speak to, and according to His foreknowledge, they were ones who would believe His Word, concerning His purpose for them. Always when He was believed, His own righteousness was put to their account, because His purpose was only one more step along the way to His coming into the world in the Person of His son, the Lord Jesus, and through His Act Of Redemption, Reveal His Righteousness through Jesus The Christ. All True Believers under The New Covenant now are made to be The Righteousness of God in Christ. 2Cor. 5: 21.

Find The Right Sourse For Right Information

It is always imperative to have access to a source, so we can get a true sense of the meaning embodied in the words used. Apart from the content of the instructions God gave to Adam, we must first consider what is meant by the word KNOWLEDGE, used here, that Adam was warned against, when elsewhere in Scripture we are encouraged to pursue what in the Greek language, according to Paul the Apostle, is termed a superior knowledge.

Using Strongs Exhaustive Concordance of the Bible, which includes a comparative concordance and Dictionary of Hebrew and Greek, of both the Old and New Testaments, we find embodied in the usage of the word here, is the thought of gaining knowledge through the senses of the physical, natural abilities. Remember in the garden in which God had placed man, were all the provisions to sustain him, Physically and Spiritually. Gen. 2:9-"And out of the ground the Lord God caused to grow every tree that is pleasing to the sight and good for food, the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil".

Verse 16--"And the Lord God commanded the man, saying, from any tree of the garden you may eat freely; but from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat from it you shall surely die".

Adam, allowed his natural sense's,which included the voice of his wife, to dictate to him the actions to take, which resulted in an Act Of Disobedience. This tendency he passed on to his successors, and an inclination to disobedience to all authority, has been mankinds way of life ever since.

Men of True Faith-Understand The Truth Of God, Alike

The Apostle John, under the illumination of the Holy Spirit, as a member of the Redeemed in Jesus Christ, understood this very well, when he wrote, 1John 2: 15-17, "Do not love the world, nor the things of the world, If any one loves the world, the love of the father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh and the lust of the eyes and the boastful pride of life, is not from the Father, but is from the world. And the world is passing away, and also its lusts; but the one who does the will of the God abides for ever". Also the Apostle Paul wrote, "Life in the kingdom of God does not consist of the things that we eat or drink, but Righteousness and Joy and Peace in the Holy Spirit". Also in Pauls letter to the True Believers, Romans, Chapter 8: 5-6, "For those who are according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who are according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit. for the mind set on the flesh is death, but the mind set on the Spirit is life and peace".

Judgment, Alike For All Men

So we see Adams actions were based on his own reasoning, fleshly, desires, and consequently resulted in and act of Disobedience, incurring the Judgment of death that very day, and thus became estranged from God the Father, and the only way back was through Gods Redemption, Gods Reconciliation, which would come and has come through His Messiah, the Savior, Gods Redeemer, Gods Reconciler. From the point of Adams Disobedient Act, mankind is considered by God to be dead in trespasses and sins. Because man has made the choice to live by a different standard than the one he was meant to live by, he doesn't realize fully his condition, and struggles on through life, working at extricating himself from one failure after another. His thought is, hes trying to improve his life and its conditions.

Wrong Premise- Wrong Hypothesis-Wrong Solution-Wrong Resolution.

Mankind has followed this quest for knowledge, based on satisfying the senses, and it was never more evident than the manner in which we are driven today. There isn't hardly anything we are presented with in our society, that isn't designed to appeal to the sensuous appetites of man. Our whole culture is built on the dynamic that drives man to a greater knowledge of himself, his fellow man, and the physical creation around us and just as the first man Adam ignored the Will of his Father God, and departed from Him, so we today in the majority, are following the natural tendency to gain knowledge from self effort, ever learning but never coming to a True Knowledge of the TRUTH, as it is revealed to us in the One Who is The Way, The Truth and the Life, The Lord Jesus Christ. This tendency is carried over into the church service, and is becoming more and more prevelant in evangilistic services as well. Because in maan's reasoning's, these desires musst be appeased.

Appearances Can Be Deceiving

Our measure of ourselves or another persons worth, or what we call an affluent society, is all predicated on, how many degrees a person has, the position in life, and in the business world he has attained. The monetary worth of his possessions are the basis for our evaluation. This same mind set prevails among the religious movements of the present. This is all what God calls, Man looking on the outside, where-as He looks on the inside, and we very seldom asses a person on the basis of whether or not he or she has a God Like Character. Rather the person who lives an exemplary life patterned after the likeness of the Lord Jesus Christ is most often held up to ridicule.

The Dire Consequence of Disobedience

The consequence of this action based on Gods assessment is stated throughout the Scriptures and the historical account, such as the Judgment of the flood, Sodom and Gomorrah, Egypt and Pharaoh at the time of the Exodus, and the consequent destruction of Israel and Jerusalem. But most graphic of them all for True Believers is the Act of God sending His own son in the likeness of the Sinful Fleshly Race of man and there-by condemning sin in the flesh that the Righteousness of God, might be fulfilled in those who truly believe in Him, as the New Source of a New Life. Romans 8: 1-4."There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set you free from the law of sin and death. For what the law could not do, weak as it was through the flesh, God did; sending His own Son in the likeness of the flesh of sin and as an offering for sin, He condemned sin in the flesh, in order that the requirements of the Law might be fulfilled in us,who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit".

The New Covenant Way To Walk Through Life

And this only comes about, when by faith a person, accepts the death that Jesus died to sin as his or her death, and then accepts and lives a life based on the Truth of the resurrection from the dead. This act of faith amounts to a sharing of the resurrected life of the Risen Savior.It is Resurrection to Newness of Life. Romans, 6: 4, "Therefore we have been buried with Him through baptism, (by faith entering into His) death, in order that as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, SO WE TOO MIGHT WALK IN NEWNESS OF LIFE".

Jehovah-God, The Only True Promise Keeper

In faithfulness to the Promise God had made to Abraham, five hundred years later when He set Israel, Abrahms descendants free from slavery to Egypt, He set before them, "A Life Or Death Proposition", Deuteronomy 30: 19-20. Gods ways, his purpose and His manner of fulfilling these promises, have never changed, He dealt with them just as He had with Adam in the beginning. All the provisions for a good and healthy and prosperous life was laid out before them, just as in the case of Adam the First man His was a willful disregard for the instruction of God, and so the Sins of the father would be visited upon the son and the sons, sons for generations to come. Their disobedience was due to the inclination, the drive to disobey, inherited from the nature of their fathers before them.

All Sinned and Are Continuing To Fall Short of The Glory of God.

The People Israel continued to follow this same course of action, even though they had been personally shown through Gods wondrous works in their behalf, His purpose for them. Ultimately toward the end of their long history of God nurturing, instructing, caring for them, He finally admonished them through the prophet Isaiah. Between the time of Adam and their day, all of the acquired knowledge had caused them to be wise in their own eyes, and except for a few, were continually rebellious against Gods counsel. Isaiah 29: 13-16, "Then the Lord said, Because this people draw near with their words, and honor Me with their lip service, but they remove their hearts far from Me, and their reverence for Me consists of tradition learned by rote. Therefore behold, I will once again deal marvelously with this people, wondrously, marvelous; and the wisdom of their wise men shall perish, and the discernment of their discerning men shall be concealed. Woe to those who deeply hide their plans, (Counsel), from the Lord, and whose deeds are done in a dark place, and they say, Who sees us? of Who knows us? YOU TURN THINGS AROUND".

Doing What Comes Naturally

They were doing just like Adam, they had things backwards in their thinking, Their own selfish, self centered ways, came first and Gods purpose came in somewhere down the list of priorities in importance. This caused God through the prophet Isaiah, sometime later to say, Isaiah 47: 10-11. "And you felt secure in your wickedness and said, No one sees me. Your wisdom and your knowledge, they have deluded you; for you have said in your heart. I am, and there is no one beside me. But evil will come upon you which you will not be able to charm away; and disaster will fall upon you, for which you cannot atone, and destruction about which you do not know, will come on suddenly".

Power Of Eternal Life, Embodied In The Gospel

With great insight and understanding, which the Lord had given him through Revelation of the Truth of the Gospel, the Apostle Paul, would write at the time of the introduction of the New Covenant into the world, Romans 1: 16-22, "For I am not ashamed of the Gospel, for it is the power of God for Salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek, (Gentiles). For in it the Righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith, as it is written. But The Righteous Man Shall Live By Faith. For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness, because, that which is known about God is evident within them, for God made it evident to them. For since the foundation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal Power, (Sovereignty) and divine nature, (Deity), have been clearly seen, being understood through what has been made, so that they are without excuse. For even though they knew God, they did not honor Him as God, or give thanks; but they became futile in their speculations, and their foolish heart was darkened. PROFESSING TO BE WISE THEY BECAME FOOLS. and exchanged the glory of the incorruptible God for and image in the form of corruptible man and of birds and four footed animals and crawling creatures". Ver. 28. "And just as they did not see fit to acknowledge God any longer, (Hold the consciousness of God in their mind), God gave them over to a depraved mind, ( a mind that no longer functioned the way God had meant for the mind of man to function), to do the things which are not proper".

The Messaage Is for All Mankind

With his new found Spiritual awareness, Paul was now alive with the compulsion of the Spirit of New Life within, and that his commission as an Apostle to the Gentiles was, Romans 1: 4b-6, "Jesus Christ our Lord, through whom we have received grace and apostleship to bring about the OBEDIENCE OF FAITH among all the Gentiles for His names sake, among whom you also are the called of Jesus Christ".

Gods Perfect Will-verses-Gods Permissive Will

It had always been Gods Perfect Will, that man live by faith in Him and His Word, whatever that Word for him might be. To that end the Bible is an account of mankind in a state of disobedience due to unbelief, as an utter failure in living up to Gods design for him. It is this enlightenment that we are brought to when we study, always looking to God for His understanding. Mankind continually fails to measure up and God in His long suffering, patience, and forbearance is always endeavoring to bring mankind back to a walk of Faith, where He can correct this deficiency,.and bring True Believers, To Newness of Life.

A True Believers Indebtedness

Thus Paul upon becoming aware of a group of believers in Rome, who had possibly been in Jerusalem on that day of the Passover when the Crucifixion took place, they had stayed through the day of Pentecost, and they had become believers,Born of The Holy spirit. They had evidently gone back to Rome, and assembled together as a group of worshipers in the Resurrected Messiah. So Paul endeavored to impart some spiritual gift to them that they might be established in the True Faith and Understanding of the Gospel, wrote this letter of instruction, giving thanks to God for the fact that, Romans 6: 17, "But thanks be to God that though you were slaves of sin, you became, OBEDIENT FROM THE HEART, to that form of teaching to which you were committed, (literally handed over), and having been freed from sin, you became slaves, (Bond servants). of Righteousness".

Jesus Christ Stands At The End of The Long Road of Man's Search

Mankind in his quest for more and more knowledge and what he believed to be advancement or improvement of himself and his way of life, had passed through many periods which he had named, until at the time of the New Testament Era, he had arrived at what is commonly called the Wisdom Age, having passed through what he had thought to be the age of reason. But God had declared that his reasoning was vain and that his acquired wisdom was foolishness when compared to what God had intended and that which He revealed to the world in the Gospel. Pauls assessment of the comparison between mans quest to solve his problems by his own knowledge and wisdom and Gods solution to the problem of mankind being in a state of Death in trespasses and sin, thus missing the mark of a perfect life in a perfect environment, and without hope and without God in this world, is expressed throughout his writings in plain understandable terms. Another example is, 1Corinthians 1:17-24, & ver. 30-31. also chap. 2: 2-& 5-8, "For Christ did not send me to baptize, but to preach the gospel, not in cleverness of speech, that the cross of Christ should not be made void. For the word of the cross is to those who are perishing, foolishness, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God. For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and the cleverness of the clever I will set aside. Where is the wise man? Where is the scribe? Where is the debater of this age? Has not God made foolish the wisdom of the world? For since in the wisdom of God the world through its wisdom did not come to know God. God was well pleased through the foolishness of the message preached to save those who believe. For indeed the Jews ask for signs, and the Greeks, (Gentiles), search for wisdom, but we preach Christ crucified, to the Jews a stumbling block, and to the Gentiles foolishness, but to those who are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God". Ver. 30-31, "But by His doing are you in Christ Jesus, who became to us wisdom from God, and righteousness and sanctification, and redemption, that, just as it is written, Let Him Who Boast, Boast In The Lord".

All Natural Mans Kowledge and Wisdom Are Ruled Out By God.

1 Corinthians 2: 2 & 5-8, "For I determined to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ, and Him crucified, that your faith should not rest on the wisdom of men, but on the power of God. Yet we do speak wisdom among those who are mature; a wisdom, however, not of this age, nor of the rulers of this age, who are passing away; but we speak Gods wisdom in a mystery, the hidden wisdom, which God predestined before the ages to our glory; the wisdom which none of the rulers of this age has understood; for if they had understood it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory".

The Apostle Paul, under the Power of this New Dynamic, The Indwelling Christ, (Gods hidden Mystery, "Which is Christ in You the Hope of Glory". Colossians 1: 27b) could declare, verse, 10, "For to us God revealed them through the Spirit; for the Spirit searches all things; even the depths of God".

All That The Race of Adam Have Produced, Ends at the Grave

Without Gods enlightenment, which only comes through sincere faith, the world of men have just floundered, from generation to generation, having a self styled religion, which makes him appear to be a believer, but always leaves him in the dark as to his real condition, and never gives him the answers to all the questions he continually imposes. Hence, we hear on every hand, Why? Why? Why? Mankinds need, which he has so badly missed the realization of, is, He must have a New Person, who possess Eternal Life, to take the place of the Old person, who is under the condemnation of Death.

One Way and The Only One

Only a True Faith, as we see expressed by Jesus and the Apostles, that brings with it a True Knowledge, of a True Life, in Union, (fellowship), with God The Father, God The Son and God The Holy Spirit, is sufficient.. They and They Alone are the only true Source of True Life. Hebrews 5: 7-9, "In the days of His flesh, when He offered up both prayers and supplication with loud crying and tears to Him who was able to save Him from death, (out from the confines of), and who was heard because of His piety, (reverential obedience), although He were a Son, He learned obedience from the things which He suffered; and having been made perfect, He became to all those who obey Him the source of eternal salvation".

The True Witness.

Natural Mans Ways Are Only Delusions

If Jesus is believed in Part-He Then Must Be Believed, Entirely:

Speaking to the Samaritan Woman, John 4: 22-24, "You worship that which you do not know; we worship that which we know; for Salvation is of the Jews. But an hour is coming and now is, when the TRUE WORSHIPERS shall worship the Father in spirit and truth; for such people, the Father seeks to be His worshipers. God is Spirit; and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth". The Lord Jesus Christ didnt come to make sinful man better; He came to bring into being a New Race of Men. 2 Cor. 5: 14-17, "For the love of Christ controls us, having concluded this, that one died for all, therefore all died: and He died for all, that they who live should no longer live for themselves, but for HIm who died and rose again on their behalf. Therefore from now on we recognize no man according to the flesh; even though we have known Chris according to the flesh, yet now we know Him thus no longer. Therefore if any man is in Christ, he is a new creature, (creation),; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come'.

The All Sufficient One

This ought to be enough to assure mankind that Religion without Life, Eternal Life, Life with God in Jesus Christ. is not Good enough. Titus 3: 3-7,"For we also once were foolish ourselves, disobedient, deceived, enslaved to various lust and pleasures, spending our life in malice and envy, hateful, hatting one another. But when the kindness of God our Savior and His Love for mankind appeared, He saved us, not on the basis of deeds which we have done in righteousness, but according to His mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewing by the Holy Spirit, whom He poured out upon us so richly through Jesus Christ our savior, that being justified by His grace we might be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life".
